      Feels like you work for the hospital, not Stryker Depending on the position, lots of time spent cleaning and sterilizing instruments Lack of upward mobility, as it is hard to hire/retain quality employees in this position $20/hour

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
