Pros

Lots of leaves Flexible timings Free lunches Retirement old age home with avg age 30+ Annual 8-10% salary growth

Cons

Outdated software systems and technology ,If your a fresher you will not be able to relate with company/team as avg age in IS is 30+ and with team members whose entire life goal is avoid work, play politics, blame people for there mistakes in name of mentoring they just hog each other. Hr system is pretense as there rating is controlled by IS managers so they don't work on complaints/feedback of skip level. No knowledge growth in terms on Technology and certifications Mangers are egoistic,Highly diplomatic, whose job is people management and communicating messages from head-office without any alternations waiting to retire and die at same level.

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
