Pros

Domain knowledge, if worked with good US team (Instruments, Endo, Orthopedics) Onsite , particularly L1 in IT team IT team work as truly Strker Employee and have reporting to US managers as well

Cons

IT team grown from 1 Employee to now more than 200, that time R&D was abt 100, it was said it is mainly an R&D and Product development, but they are still less than 200. This tells the reality of R&D Projects. Some guys say, incompetent people left, but I guess they joined better companies and better designations, good number went for ISB / IIM which got PIP No one I guess joined back, this is one of best measure of how good a company is to work for. People joined as team lead became Director, but No post has been created equivalent to that in technical side, no one was technical architect in Product Development, till 2011

Pros

The individual contributors you work with are fantastic people and the products we work on are really interesting and have significant impacts on patient care.

Cons

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
