      Med Device experience that was gained

      Cons

      Consistent commission cuts. Decreasing territories. Taking products out of the bag and giving them to an unproven sales force. Dishonesty by Management. Protected people get cupcake quotas while others get outrageous quotes. You build your business and think you will have a great year to be get let go so the manager can bring someone in that they can leverage because they gave them a great paycheck the first year.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
