Pros
Stryker has an incredible vetting system to hire employees who are driven, positive, and team-oriented. This has a major impact on the culture and makes Stryker a great place to work. I look forward to meeting with my team every day, even if working on a difficult project.
Cons
The onboarding process was a little bumpy. Middle management has a heavy workload, so it can be difficult at the associate level to always feel supported - requires a lot of self-starting even without much context. Still overall a great place to work!
