Pros
- You get a lot of responsibility, so there is a lot of potential for personal and professional growth - It is very easy to move around in the company if you want to explore different areas of interest - The industry is always in need, so despite the state of the economy they will always have jobs - The culture is amazing...everyone there is very fun and have great personalities - The company really promotes community, there are a lot of great company events that usually sell out/fill up quick because everyone is so excited for them...usually your coworkers become your best friends
Cons
- Usually you get paid less than others in your field, especially for this industry - There are not as many 'tech company' spoiled-worker perks in office, and the San Jose branch doesn't even have a cafeteria that serves food - Pay increases are very seldom awarded - Like many corporate offices, there is a LOT of bureaucracy
