Pros
Autonomy, great products, great training, and pushing to acquire or create new products. Competition is truly afraid of idea of all divisions of Stryker actually collaborating.
Cons
Leadership truly does not want reps making too much money. Territory sizes are being reduced. The days are almost gone where a rep makes over $300k. New reps only get a chance to make $175k if they hit quota based on smaller territories. Favoritism in quota assignments.
