Pros

Stryker is the best company I have worked for. One of the main reasons is their philosophy in management and investing in their employees not just for work but also in personal life. Stryker also works hard on employee development and growth. It is normal for employees to work for the next level and constant movement.

Cons

Honestly, it is hard to think of any true cons. With that said, I think it depends on who you are and what you enjoy to do. Working in hospitals and managing my work load without a manager over me has its own stresses that I live on. This may not be appealing to others as it is to me.

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
