      Competitive culture. Focus on Talent. Employee benefits and a really fun place. Management cares about making our building a fun place, but hold people accountable for results.

      I can not come up with any but would always want more money.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
