      High Tempo Organization Great way to boost your independent thinking and initiative

      Cons

      -not the best organization if you are directly supporting sales -Sales Managers and Ops Managers - same level on the pyramid- treated VERY differently - Sales is King --Everyone else is just second tier- that is the mentality

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
