      Pros

      Stryker is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. Employees are allowed to and encouraged to manage their own work load. Most everyone I work with is self motivated, nice and helpful. Employees are recognized for their performance and internal mobility options are plentiful. I hope to retire with Stryker.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
