Pros
Stryker feels like a family much more than a job. Stryker is totally committed to its people. It is true there is an extensive interview process but this is what it takes to build the amazing culture we have. Managers do not micromanage. They care about their people, help them learn and grow and go way beyond what employees think they, themselves are capable of. The company is always growing which creates new opportunities for employees.
Cons
Success = Results + Relationships. It is tough for some people to have both but that is what is expected at Stryker.
