Pros

Stryker offers a strong sales culture with all internal teams aligned to create better products and services for not only it's customers but it's sales teams success.

Cons

Because the company is publicly traded it makes new product launches very timely. This makes it frustrating when waiting for new products to sell. Ultimately it's a good thing to know that Stryker runs thorough testing on it's product before launch to ensure product success and positive patient outcomes.

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
