Pros
I had never worked at a place with such great benefits, starting with the gym on the site, the trainers and all the training you get in many different areas.
Cons
They will cut corners in every aspect and make you cut them too. Most of the people do more to please their boss rather than doing their job right and the faster you do it, the better rating you get even if it is not done the right way. People are very competitive and they will do anything to look good, even if it means throwing anyone under the bus instead of working as a team and excelling as a team.
