Team, Benefits, Flexibility, Comfortable Work Environment. Would highly recommend this company for any scientists/engineers. Overall, a brilliant place to work.
Cons
Can be often expected to go above and beyond for a role where the salary does meet these expectations. Comfortable environment can sometimes lead to apathetic behavior, this is very rare. Work life balance can take a hit as you are paid on a salary which generally means you are expected to hit deadlines regardless if you cannot do this from working 9-5.
