      It is a good place to start a healthcare career and to put on resume. Offers GREAT products that are heads above competitors.

      Cons

      High stress sales environment. End of months/quarters come with a LOT of pressure from management. Zero expenses paid for reps.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
