      - lot of type A personalities, great collaboration - open communication, people ready to help you at any time

      Cons

      - you have to manage your own career development which is not necessarily a bad thing but you might not get the support of your boss or HR without taking initiative

      Pros

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
