      Pros

      As an intern I was given meaningful projects that I was responsible for. Loved all the people I have met and worked with during my time there. I definitely felt valued and useful as an intern and was given plenty of opportunities for trainings and access to upper management as avenues for learning and growth.

      Pros

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
