Pros

The HR intern is provided with meaningful projects that they are able to implement all the way though. The summer housing options are great, and the employees are driven and always willing to help. The internship allows you to learn a lot about the field you are in. You also have the opportunity to hear from senior leadership and different departments within your division. You learn a lot about the culture available at Stryker and how they focus on harnessing employees' strengths.

Cons

There is limited headcount at some locations, so an offer may not be available immediately after the internship is complete. However, this does not happen everywhere, so it is not a major concern.

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
