Pros
Driven culture to make things happen, a wealth of opportunity, good benefit and compensation structure. Remains fun for motivated people for a few years to gain some great experiences. It will continue to perform over time as they hire energetic people and drain everything they can from each one.
Cons
Lip service of wanting different ideas and people to change things, but does not live it. Remains a closed mindset that requires conformance, or you will be pushed out. Wants to be an international organization, but lives as a US multi-national. Great disparity between domestic and international operations. Has little loyalty to individual employees unless you're part of the mid-west few.
