      Great experiences. Easily able to other positions to gain skills. environment is open and light.

      Cons

      Salary is great for starting out. Won't make more unless you jump into management. Promoting engineering into managers is not always the right move.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
