      Good Work/Life Balance Not Micromanaging Trusted Company by most health systems Decent Products

      Cons

      Pricing has gotten astronomical for customers Moving into the AI Space has made it hard to help customers with pricing Management refuses to actually learn about each territory and compares "poor" territories to "wealthy" territories. Hard to hit your numbers when they can't get products shipped out to customers in a timely manner. They keep decreasing commission % They don't offer mileage or gas reimbursement

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
