Pros

- Some great coworkers who made the day-to-day more bearable - Occasionally had the opportunity to feel involved and contribute meaningfully to projects

Cons

- Frequently not taken seriously by colleagues, leading to a lack of support and respect - Management offered little guidance and told me to “find my own work” - Constantly scrambling to find projects and justify my role—felt like I had to beg to stay involved - Unexpected layoff followed by forced relocation to Michigan - Unrealistic deadlines with little regard for proper planning or bandwidth - Extremely poor communication—information was often relayed through a middleman and consistently incorrect - My team’s expertise and contributions were routinely overlooked and undervalued

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
