Demoralizing - Anonymous employee Stuart Weitzman Employee Review

There seems to be a big discrepancy between management and lower level employees. Salaries start underpaid and they do not give promotions or raises unless you are a senior level or higher (deserved or otherwise)... Not only do you feel financially unappreciated, but there is a definitive “clique” mentality that seems more fit for a middle school cafeteria than it does a multi million dollar corporation. Unfortunately most of the smart nice junior employees with potential end up leaving after a few years.
