Pros
good values, good supervision- lots of support from managers with handling challenging situations, clear protocols for safety. Working with students outdoors is fun.
Cons
A lot of work. Between travel time to pick up the kids and take them to the park, managing things outside of the students' work day with coleader, and paperwork, it was exhausting.
