no proper training. no communication between shifts or upper management to lower management. poor decision making by upper management as an example painting things in the plant covered with rust instead of cleaning them then painting them so the paint actually sticks. hours are terrible. top out pay is absolutely horrible when compared to all surrounding companies. your thoughts and ideas are not taken seriously even if it is a good idea. Poor safety measures in place to prevent accidents.
