There's transparency, accountability, pay for performance with trimester reviews, stability, and job security. Lastly, we have fun. We have quarterly company events promoting team building. A very nice morale booster!
Cons
If you do not aspire to be an expert in your "new construction community/neighborhood" and see it succeed, this may not be the company for you. You are given the tools for success, so accountability is taken seriously. Working 3 weekends out of the month is also required as weekends bring the most visitors to your model home.
