Pros

Excellent work life balance, they really care about the forty hour work week. The people are smart and there is a fun environment. Interesting projects and good clients. The offices are great. The company is growing and it is possible to contribute in multiple ways if you want to.

Cons

Some of the projects are less interesting than others. It's possible to get "stuck" on a project, but the company is usually pretty good about moving you if you do not like the project. Sometimes clients can be difficult to deal with, but that is the nature of client work. Sometimes the open space office can be a bit loud.

Thanks for the feedback. We're definitely trying to work on both of the cons you list, with the hope that team structure will create more flexibility with project placement and working to mitigate the impacts of an open space. Much of that will take the form of augmenting the alternate spaces for people to work for the immediate term but we've got those concerns in mind as we think further ahead as well.

Pros

I feel extremely valued and heard, no matter what team members or departments I'm interacting with. They encourage feedback and never back away from answering the tough questions. They care about their employees far more than any company I've been with, and they work just as hard for their clients. They've implemented helpful policies and changes for successful hybrid working and are continuously working to improve.

Cons

None so far! It's been a blast working here.

Pros

The people I worked with were all brilliant and fostered a very healthy work culture.

Cons

Unfortunately, management and C-Suite seemed inept at running a business. Additionally upward mobility seemed difficult for some colleagues vs others, and it was never clear as to why that was.
