Pros
Great hours and I loved working with the staff. Being shift manager I was able to get well connected with everyone.
Cons
The manager(s) often have these power trains and if anyone tries to stop them everyone gets in trouble. Group messages that are meant to be sent out to 2 people are sent out to the whole staff instead. Unprofessional language and a misunderstanding of people comfort with certain situations.
