      Pros

      Easy to learn and once you learn how to do your job it is very easy. Very flexible scheduling only make schedule one week in advance and it is very easy to trade shifts with other employees.

      Cons

      Many customers are very rude and disrespectful Pay is terrible and the raises they give are a joke Very repetitive job Management plays favorites all the time
