Pros

You get to try out different responsibilities quickly such as opening and closing the store. You can meet some nice people customers or employees. The work is fairly simple.

Cons

The stores are poorly organized. You don't have just one set of tasks or jobs during a shift, you are expected to do almost everything. You often have to ask others what hasn't been done or what needs done still. You don't know what to expect when coming in. It could be great or a complete mess. Usually the later. Managers come and go like fads. Stuck in the 20th century.

Pros

Literally nothing was good about working for subway

Cons

-you get to see how unsanitary and not real the food is -management is always a nightmare with franchise establishments -stressful environment with a constant expectation to run the full store alone -scheduling is inconsistent and management always will overwork and underpay -attempts to wage garnish at every turn asking you to clock out and finish tasks before leaving or taking tips from card transactions if you “make a mistake”
