Pros

Easy job. Never work too early(earliest being 8:30) and you never work too late (latest being 9:30). The only main thing you do is food prep in the morning, usually takes 3 hours or so, so you're finished around 11-12. Food prep is just cutting fruits and sorting chickens and whatnot. & then after that you just sit around and do whatever you think the place needs done. Easy job. very reasonable pay.

Cons

Nothing really. you get a lunch rush and a dinner rush occasionally, and you just have to speed up your sandwich making speed. But it's not rocket science, you just put meat and veggies on bread. no big deal.

Pros

Literally nothing was good about working for subway

Cons

-you get to see how unsanitary and not real the food is -management is always a nightmare with franchise establishments -stressful environment with a constant expectation to run the full store alone -scheduling is inconsistent and management always will overwork and underpay -attempts to wage garnish at every turn asking you to clock out and finish tasks before leaving or taking tips from card transactions if you “make a mistake”
