Zilch, Nada, Zero, Nil, Free lunch (if you like soogy sandwiches that lok nothiing like how we advertise).

Cons

The Marketing Department wastes frnachisee money and attacks any whistleblowers who try report these occurences: After firing an agency (MSA) an audit revealed was mishandling money, Subway management forced another agency to hire someone, they knew had knowledge of the fraudlent behavior. Tisk Tisk Subway Marketing management. Oh and they hide extravagant dinners under agency third party expenses. And pay agencies large amounts of wasted money due to poorly managed contracts by Marketing Management. Millions wasted annually. MILLIONS!

Pros

Literally nothing was good about working for subway

Cons

-you get to see how unsanitary and not real the food is -management is always a nightmare with franchise establishments -stressful environment with a constant expectation to run the full store alone -scheduling is inconsistent and management always will overwork and underpay -attempts to wage garnish at every turn asking you to clock out and finish tasks before leaving or taking tips from card transactions if you “make a mistake”
