Management constantly gets grilled about productivity when we are already running with the bare necessities for staff as it is. Owner does not treat people fairly and publicly criticizes her employees. Headquarters never does what we need them to. Menu board changes that got shipped in the mail never included all that we needed and its impossible to keep the crew up to date with whats going on because half the time we, management, dont even know but we do our best to keep the crew up to date.
