Pros
If you get a laid-back boss, it's a very fun place to work. I've gotten a lot of good experience here that I can take with me in the future.
Cons
Generally the bosses are absent, with the mentality of "what do I pay you for?". not always the most rewarding, supportive, flexible job. Usually poor communication between staff and management.
