Pros
Good hours Time off easy to get Have gotten many raises since starting 2 years ago. Laid back, often fun enviroment to work in.
Cons
Customers can be rude Is not a 'career' No real opportunity for advancement Hard to get by on wages often, even with full time Turn-over rate for employees is usually pretty high (like all fast food) Personally, can't stand the uniforms.
