Pros
Time off is easy to get. Schedules can be very flexible. Management treats you like you are human and not just a number. They work around schedules, sick children, college schedules, single moms, high school student and other needs. Dont have grease and fryers to work with.
Cons
Not enough recognition for good work .Sometimes can be extremely monotonous doing the same thing over and over. Have issues with consistency with product.
