Pros

Firstly, understand that Subway has very few employees. Probably 90% of these reviews are people who don't work for Subway, but a franchisee. Try filtering results to global offices like Milford, Miami, London, Amsterdam, etc. Beautiful new office, strong comp and bonus structure, excellent work life balance. I'm happy at Subway

Cons

Infighting between departments and department heads. Ops and marketing constantly at it, not working together. Ops is mostly to blame, they've allowed the in-store experience to become one of the worst in food, hurting our bottom line. Currently a business on the decline, and they like the fire random person every 2 months to keep everyone on their heels a bit. Hey Glassdoor, Trevor hasn't been CEO in half a decade and was only ever interim. How bout an update there?

Pros

Literally nothing was good about working for subway

Cons

-you get to see how unsanitary and not real the food is -management is always a nightmare with franchise establishments -stressful environment with a constant expectation to run the full store alone -scheduling is inconsistent and management always will overwork and underpay -attempts to wage garnish at every turn asking you to clock out and finish tasks before leaving or taking tips from card transactions if you “make a mistake”
