A lot of areas to grow within the company

Cons

You will not see your family, will mostly work Holidays. Absolutely No OT , No Bonuses, you will get your paycheck but don’t expect anything more not even a Christmas card

Pros

Amazing staff and faculty to work with - feels like a family. Room for growth and expansion within the company, especially with a lot of new campuses (San Diego, Bakersfield, etc). Easy to get a hold of upper management, and everyone really cares.

Cons

Not really any cons I can think of. Been there over 5 years.
