Pros

There are no “Pro’s right now.

Cons

*This company does no pay that well in comparison to other companies. After record sales for the past 2 years, employees have been told there will be no raises this year. *Upper management is out of touch, and chooses to micro manage to compensate. *Sales actually runs this company now, they have zero accountability (company only very recently started tracking them). Company allows sales to request personnel changes to their teams on a whim. I’ve seem LO’s go through multiple LP’s and Processors. Even though management can see that the LO’s are the issue. This causes constant chaos and upheaval. *Training and company intranet are horrible. * Employees are constantly beat down, constantly told their efforts are not good enough. And after being reminded in twice a week meetings that everything they do not enough, they are reminded that it is their job to keep sales happy. If you dare to speak up, you are thought to be negative, and put on upper management’s radar. *Company has no respect for their operations people, they have totally switched direction in the running of the company.

Pros

So far, as an employee, I feel valued, IT and support staff are quick to respond and highly knowledgeable, the company provides several resources including coaching opportunities, I feel the company listens to and reacts to concerns as needed (i.e. programs, guidelines, marketing). I personally appreciate the operations employees and their quick response, especially the underwriting team. I feel the company looks for more opportunities to say "yes" to scenarios where other companies would have declined the loan. The transparency I've experienced is appreciated and helpful, especially when marketing our services.

Cons

Health benefits are expensive, I'm not a fan of my deductible structure, no 401K match, but 401K investment, guidance, and support is available and helpful.
