Pros
It was a (small) paycheck- Did allow for remote work
Cons
Unreasonable expectations - easily had the work of three people while also having to do the job of a processor and blamed if work was not complete. Frequently had to work off the clock to get work done. Micromanaged to the max - only had an hour per loan and during that time, would constantly be contacted by supervisors for status updates. Also had only two hours maximum to answer emails or else would be talked to Minimal training and lack of support for new employees - had to learn the system as you went, which is not a bad thing in theory, however, if you told your supervisor that you were having trouble keeping up with the workload, you'd be told "that's an unacceptable excuse for the amount of experience you have." Hours worked - a ton of people were furloughed, however, this changed each day. Some days you'd be furloughed but you still had to get all of your (full time) work done. No adjusted load for reduced hours. Additionally, you had to give two weeks notice if you weren't able to work overtime Treated terribly many times, disrespectful
