Pros
I was attending school while working part-time here. They were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to change around my hours as needed. I was also given the opportunities to work with both the quality department and production for a multitude of projects.
Cons
There wasn't always work to do, and due to my hours I didn't always get a chance to talk to people while they were still in. Also, my circumstances didn't really allow for me to negotiate my pay, but it probably could have been higher based on my responsibilities.
