Raises take YEARS to get unless you put in your two weeks notice, and they counter because they don't have the staffing to backfill (poor way to run a business) They only promote you if you put in your two weeks notice, or if you have literally failed at all other jobs they have given you. Poor work life home balance They want your loyalty, but won't give you any

Ample time off that starts after 90 days

Cons

Tells you you don’t work weekends then wastes your entire life. Pay is in the bottom 25 percent in this field in the area. Not for anyone with friends or family. Also could take 7-10 years for any type of advancement. Plus they constantly lie about raises. Also cuts hours below 40 because the company has no idea how to manage money.
