Union so your rights are protected for the most part. Hard to get fired unless you're really want to.

Cons

overwork you and everything works by seniority. So if you are new, expect to get get released early when there isn't enough work and come in early when no one wants to go the overtime.

Work at your own pace, great environment --coworkers always played around with you to make work more fun and I was really good at my tasks so it made me naturally enjoy my work
