Prepare to be strip searched as part of your interview process.... Extremely humiliating when you are interviewing for a Director position. Long tenured employees still in place who no longer want to do any real work. Positions often have multiple bosses, and the owners often override fact based decisions. Company runs on favoritism... Keeping some who should have been gone long ago. Just say yes to everyone and you'll most likely be ok. Best to just keep a low profile and nod to the CEOs. They will not be around much longer, and then things should improve.
