Pros

Working as a machine operator was an easy way for me to make enough money to build up my savings while keeping a roof over my head. Management was friendly, and they let us do our own thing for the most part.

Cons

Scheduling myself for extra hours seemed like a great idea until it wasn’t—all that OT started taking a toll on my body. Thankfully they had no problem with me cutting back my hours.

Work at your own pace, great environment --coworkers always played around with you to make work more fun and I was really good at my tasks so it made me naturally enjoy my work
