where do i start? now that this location is shut down, assuming from having no staff, i feel justified to share. management would discriminate against applicants. the pay scale was pathetic and very misleading. management lied that they would eventually pay commission, yet every provider was paid minimum wage and tips. owners did little to no progressive marketing and nobody who owned this franchise was licensed or knew anything about the beauty industry, it was purely to make money “easily”. management was close with the staff, but there were many inappropriate conversations and owners talking behind others backs about employees and the other owners. every staff member knew this business was a sinking ship.
