Overall cultural and work review - Project Manager Sulzer Employee Review

Being a male dominated company, the people's mindset to look at a lady working/ her growth is not as positive as in other industry. Earlier the company culture was very good but after change in overall management, multiple fights happened between the management and the union, which impacted the overall growth of many employees. Management is now planning to take most people on contract basis which will save the company cost. But that is impacting the growth of permanent full time employees. No good trainings is given to the employees. Overall process needs lot of improvement, as the current workload and work pressure is too much.
