Pros
All of the people here are funny and kind to work with. Makes it super easy to learn at your own pace. Plenty of new equipment coming in, so tons of learning experiences. Treated as an individual rather than part of a group of employees. Your ideas are valued and your input holds weight.
Cons
Company does have a sales bias. Most toxic employee behavior comes from the sales hiding behind remote computer screens. Some expected due dates can seem far-fetched, can lead to overly stressing and some personal life time sacrifice in order to meet deadlines. A lot of the company culture aspects that made Summit amazing were crushed with the recent COVID-19 outbreak. At least some form of retaliation or leniency would be a good change of pace from restricting so much.
