Regarding the prospective accounts, it’s important to note that we are an IT reseller that markets many brands across multiple categories. We work with companies all across the USA and Canada, mostly Mid-Market and Enterprise, those with 200+ employees and $10M+ in revenue, and in many key industries such as Banking, Healthcare, and Gov/Education. As a result, our total addressable market is quite large – there are thousands of prospective accounts that have yet to engage with Summit 360, which leaves plenty of opportunities for all employees, new and tenured. While there is the occasional team meeting, we’ve received first-hand feedback that these are valuable opportunities to work together as a team to find solutions to roadblocks, develop sales skills, and grow professionally and individually. Finally, we’ve seen the utmost loyalty from our management and leaders, along with their dedication to continuous improvement so that this can be a productive and positive environment for all of our employees.
